Getting ready for Christmas Dinner . . .
Unfortunately, the flu bug hit and only the adults and Owen felt like eating. By evening, Emily and Scott were with Emma in the ER (6 hours) because she was running a fever. The other kids stayed with us - mostly sleeping or watching a movie. It was memorable in a good way for us, but not so pleasant for Emily and Scott. We are grateful for their sacrifices to be with us in Dallas.
