S/I Training

Today we helped behind-the-scenes with a training for all Seminary Teachers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  It was held at our building, went from 8am-2pm, and covered the areas of 6 CES coordinators (so about 25 stakes with close to 250 seminary teachers attending). Classes were offered in a variety of areas (see the schedule below), and lunch (Costa Vida) was served to all who came. We helped with set-up, greeting, serving the meal, and clean-up.  The turnout exceeded everyone's expectations; in fact, there was some concern about whether we would run out of food. Those kinds of things usually work out, and it did. Most of the classes were filled to capacity with some of the best and most committed people in the church.

Our coordinator is Brother Hayes, third from the left.

We had seating for 220. About a dozen more went into the
Institute classroom and ate at the tables in there.
