Thursday was Elder Ellsworth's birthday . . .
. . . and it was a very good day!
In the morning we taught Kidstitute
(a class for young mothers who bring their children for nursery time while they fill their spiritual reservoirs).

The elders met us after class to travel back to
our apartment for lunch - homemade Mexican food.

We feasted on enchiladas, refried beans, salad,
chips/salsa and rootbeer.

Instead of a birthday cake, we had
lemon meringue pie, Elder Ellsworth's favorite dessert.

A few hours later we were back at the branch
teaching the YSA Institute class.

Phone conversations with each of our children
were a highlight, too.
