On August 28, 2014, we went through the Ogden Temple Open House.
It is the 4th largest temple in the church.
The three that are larger are Salt Lake, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles.
There are 9 sealing rooms and 6 endowment rooms.
Diane attended the dedication of this temple in January 1972 given by Joseph Fielding Smith, so we were grateful for the chance to go through it now that it has been structurally remodeled.
The tabernacle next door had also been refurbished. It held many memories for Diane; it is where she attended stake conferences twice a year while growing up in Utah. She had also played the organ there on several occasions.
Diane's parents both served as ordinance workers in the Ogden Temple for ten years.
