The Old City of Jerusalem

There is no other city I know like the Old City of Jerusalem.  I think each person in our group was in total awe as we had our first walk there; it was difficult to take it all in and absorb the experience.  The shops, the smells, the people, the narrow roads paved with stone, the alleys, the walls and arches, the stairs, the diversity of people and of sectors, and the antiquity of it all were fascinating and entertaining.  I doubt if anyone could really ever see it all or tire of the experience.  There just are no words to adequately describe being there.  I loved it!
