Yesterday after church these two little sweethearts spent the afternoon with me. We had lunch together, read a story, played with toys (complements of our neighbor), and we danced.
They were wearing their new Christmas dresses, and they were full of energy.
Both girls were excited to go to Grandma's house, but it wasn't Grandma's house as they remembered it, . . . still we were together and had fun.
Elizabeth is our oldest grandchild at 3 years of age. Her sister Heidi is 2. Emily and Scott and their family are visiting family in Palmyra for the holidays, and we get to benefit from them being here.
Our wonderful neighbors bought us a small Christmas tree a few days ago. It is the cutest, scraggliest, Charlie Brown tree you have ever seen. It is perfect for us, and we love it!
