Happy Birthday, Noralin Howell

Nori turned 24 today.

She is outstanding in every way.

Let me tell you some things about her . . .

She served an eighteen-month mission in Cordoba, Argentina . . . and so she is is bilingual.

 She came home and married a wonderful young man in the Palmyra Temple.

She graduates from BYU in only 5 more months with a degree in English . . .

. . .  and only a few weeks before that big event, she will have another even BIGGER event.

She has lived and worked in Arizona, Utah, and Argentina.  Some of her jobs include teaching Spanish and missionary principles at the Missionary Training Center, preparing food for BYU catering, and being a teacher for a youth summer camp (and I really shouldn’t forget working at Payless Shoes).

She loves the outdoors and has hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon, kayaked the Salt River, and rappelled many times with her dad.  She is a remarkably good skeet shooter and owns her own shotgun.

Besides this she has talent in telling good stories, working with children, writing silly poetry, and drawing good friends around her.

But her greatest accomplishment is happening in just a few months . . .

. . . as she starts a new chapter in her life of being a mother to our newest grandson.
