Once upon a time, there lived a beautiful couple who . . .
. . . had the perfect wedding day. All their parents and brothers and sisters came to show their love and support.
Guests came from Utah, Arizona, Texas, Oregon, Massachusetts, and Georgia.
But let's start at the beginning. It was a beautiful spring day with lots of sunshine. Everyone met the bride and groom at the Smith Farm to start the morning with

We couldn't pass by this photo opportunity with the temple in the background. After touring the Smith farm, we arrived in the grove. The Ellsworth part of the group broke off
and went to a secluded area where an
amphitheater had been constructed.

There in that sacred spot, Daniel Lee Ellsworth was blessed by this amazing group of Priesthood brethren. From left to right: Scott (son-in-law), Larry (grandfather), Jeff and Daniel, Doug (grandfather), Travis (new son-in-law), and Jeff (Allison's friend).
It doesn't get much better than this day was!
Of course, the sealing in the temple was our focus.
Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious wedding luncheon and short tribute to the happy couple.
And then the bride and groom took off to begin their happily ever after.

Diane, I loved your beautiful post about your most beautiful day! It doesn't get much better than this for a Mother. Seeing all of your family together in this setting gives special meaning to the phrase "having joy and rejoicing in your posterity . . . " Our family was in Palmyra last year at this time, and it rained and rained and rained. I'm so happy that the weather was perfect for your family's special occasion. Love, Marsha
